How do I take it?
Two capsules a day, one in the morning and one at night, with a meal. Food matters here: it helps your body absorb the fat-soluble nutrients such as vitamins A and E, and it may help avoid the stomach discomfort supplements can cause on an empty stomach. Follow the directions on the label. If pills are hard to swallow you can pull the plant-based capsule apart and stir the powder into something soft.*
Where is it made, and how do you know it is fresh?
In the United States, in a C.G.M.P. certified facility, in small batches every four to six months rather than in one long run.
